Proposed Heninsula Beach Resort

The Philippine beaches were known and proud in its clear blue seas , shorelines with the shining pearl white sands , best diving sites and dive shops with a temperature that ranges from 20 to 32 degrees celcius. The blue seas and shorelines stimulates foreigners to come and visit our place most in summer season. The white sands are best for sand bathing since foreigners would like their color transform into tan or brown complexion.

The Heminsula Beaches is located in Camotes shorelines. It has a wide beach beach front fine sand,and clear blue water. In short it carries the same quality shorelines here in Lapu-Lapu City.

The Architectural Design shall reflect native products of construction materials found here in the Philippines. The whole ambiance of the resort shall look very natural to find the place more accommodating.

The Proposed Heminsula Beach Resort

The Entrance shall bear the name of the resort so that first timer and walk in guest shall not find it hard to find the beach resort.

The swimming pool shall be a lagoon type swimming pool to make an effect of a natural lagoon and falls . A jacuzzi on its side and and a slide for children.

The Beach shorelines during low tide shall serve as a fun activity of the guest to collect sea shells, star fish, souvenir corals and many more to things for souvenir.

The concept of a native structure shall welcome the guest, it shall made a difference in their luxurious hotels in their place of origin.

The Confference room shall accomodate about 500 persons and shall be convertible for dining during peak seasons

 
Suite room shall have a living rm and 2 bedrooms  to accommodate a single family.

Regular room interiors shall be made of concrete and a touch of finest native finishes to have harmony in the exterior finishes.

Beach front during High Tide is very best for swimming, Jet ski, snorkel, island hopping and fishing.

The Beach front sand shall be treated and maintained for the best sand bathing experience .

Greetings!!!

I am appealing to you for a business proposal. A Business Investment here in our lovely country Philippines, specifically Cebu City and Lapu-Lapu City.

My objective is to generate employment among our people here in the Philippines.

I am a Man of Dreams. A dream not for myself but for the jobless Filipinos. I have seen people around who are less fortunate , striving to survive in this uncertain existence.

With these scenery I have pondered most of the night in what way I could help them. Today marks a new beginning, a new hope with your help.

I am Domark Ybañez Paquibot,36 and a resident of Bagumbayan, Maribago Lapu-Lapu City,Cebu Philippines. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture in the University of the Visayas,Cebu Phillipines. An Institution for the less fortunate who dreamed to pursue their degree in College.

I finished my Architecture while working and small business. I work in Cebu Beach Club and do portrait painting in my free time. Aside from my hectic schedule I was able to manage my time when I was elected Vice president of the Youth Organization in our place. With my performance I was elected as President of the youth in the following years.

I was sponsored by Mr. and Mrs. Michelle Petit from Michigan USA in my Primary and Secondary Studies in Saint Alphonsus Catholic School ( SACS) .

In my College I was sponsored by Sister Roselita Geronimo, OSB and Mrs. Hertha Lughofer in the University of the Visayas (UV). I have studied also in the famous University here in Cebu, the University of San Carlos Technological College (USC-TC) , cross enroll at the University of Southern Philippines ( USP) , study AUTOCAD at the Asian College of Technology and study portrait painting at Rustans Galeria with the famous Cebu portrait artist Louie Quino and Joy Quino.

I do work while studying to support my parents and my brothers and sisters who are pursuing their college and high school education.

In my school days I promise to my self to do the same as my sponsors did for me if ever I am successful in my career, an unselfish dream for others who need it most.

I am presently connected with the Gaisano Capital Group of Companies. A Company whose objective is to generate more employment around the provinces here in the Philippines.

I serve the company for eighth years (8yrs.) with unconditional support for I see my dreams in this company. I’ve seen how grateful were the people witnessing the construction of the Gaisano Group Malls and Department stores around the provinces here in the Philippines.

I started with the construction of the Gaisano Capital Danao-Cebu , followed by the expansion and renovation of the Gaisano Capital Ozamiz-Mindanao, the expansion and renovation of the Gaisano Capital Guanco-Iloilo, the renovation of the Gaisano CApital City-Iloilo, construction of the Gaisano Mall Kabankalan-Negros and design the construction of the Gaisano Capital Kalibo-Aklan.

I was designated Head of the Store planning and Development in the Corporate Engineering Gaisano Capital Group of Companies in the year 2007.

In my term I designed the current projects, the construction of the Gaisano Capital Pagadian-Mindanao and the expansion and renovation of the Gaisano CApital South-Cebu Main Office.

In this term I also designed the proposed projects, the proposed expansion and renovation of the Gaisano CApital Mactan, the proposed Gaisano Capital Mall-Tacloban-Romualdez St. Tacloban Leyte, the proposed Gaisano Capital Mall-Tacloban-Real St. Tacloban Leyte and the proposed Gaisano Capital Medical Clinic-B. Rodriguez St. Cebu and the Gaisano Capital Arcade-Manduriao Iloilo.

I was triggered by the faces of the many jobless Filipino and the many grateful faces of employees found their green pastures at the Gaisano CApital Group of Companies.
