Corporate Engineering Head:

I. Gather data and Information’s from 10 branches nationwide.Records of Equipments of 10 branches .

Data shall include the ff: Equipments: Gensets, AHU, Escalators, Elevators, Pumps, Transformers, Cooling Towers, R.O. ,etc.

Data : Supplier, date purchased, capacity and status of equipment.

Maintenance Manpower: Maintenance Head, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electrician, Mazon and Carpenter

II. Give Instructions and Memo to Regional Engineering Heads and Maintenace Heads of 10 branches nationwide.

Instructions and Memo Includes the ff:

1.Dissemination and Implementation of Preventive Maintenance procedures coming from different suppliers of different equipment like the ff:

Gensets-Catterpilar, Escalators and Elevators-Hi Illisand Otis, AHU-Hi-cool, ETS-Pumps and Sprinkler System, Cooling Towers-Mactan Rock, etc.

2. Call the attention of Maintenance Head in Different Branches to make a report for a certain incident happened

The incidents covers:

a. Equipments unprecedented damages.

b. Fire incident report

c. Insubordination to store operations.

d. Indecent acts and habitual absences.

e. Anything that affects the company properties and security system

IV. Approved or Rejects Quotations that do not meet the company standards.

V. Meet contractors to discuss regarding specifications of equipments and works to be done in different branches.

VI. Gather data’s of supplier’s monthly maintenance billing.

VII. Checked and approved contractors progress billing.

VIII. Visit the branches to check actual situation of equipments in the braches and take pictures for the supporting documents.

IX. To see to it the owner is updated with the current problems of equipments in different branches.

Corporate Store Planning Head:

I. Meet with the owner for the new proposed projects

II. Plan General Layout of the Project and details after approval from the owner.

III. Forward the Plans to to junior planner for the completion of Plans for Building Permit processing.

IV. Meet with the owner for further revision and details of the proposed project.

V. Prepare estimates of materials needed for the project.

VI. Implement the proposed project with the approved specifications and details.

VII. Follow up the force at site for things that affects the design.

VIII. Visit the site to check the actual situation.

IX. To see to it that utility areas are priorities so that power is available before the opening date.

X. To inform the owner of the status of the project and the other things needed during the construction and pre opening and the opening date.

XI. Approved and disapproved tenants plans if does not meet company standards.

XII. Instruct Tenants contractor regarding the construction rules and regulations.
